I use design as a way of inventing alternative futures, critical reflections and new ventures through connecting imaginary ideas, real people and emerging technologies. Being interested in both the wider socio-cultural implications as well as the direct impact that new technologies have on our lives, I prototype fictional ideas until they swap properties and become real things and services. Some turn out radical and uncanny others are playful and lovely.
I am optimistic.
I just graduated from an MA in Design Interactions at the Royal College of Art London and hold a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media from the University of Bremen.
My previous professional experiences include co-founding a design consultancy, leading a team of software developers, working in a research lab for medical image computing and most recently working with the foresight and innovation department of a global engineering consultancy.
